The little rattle inside makes a soft sound that actually calms my son down during diaper changes, which I wasn't expecting. It's squishy enough for his gums but solid enough to survive being thrown across the bathroom every night.

My baby loves chomping on this dinosaur during bath time – the gentle rattle keeps her entertained, and the natural rubber feels safe and easy to grip.

I bought this hoping it would survive my son's constant chewing, and the natural rubber has held up way better than the plastic teethers we tried before. The rattle inside is soft enough that it doesn't startle him during bath time.
